Please read these terms carefully before booking a consultation or treatment at myskiin. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
myskiin is a skin aesthetics clinic providing non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

We offer free consultations for all treatments. A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and treatment options, and for us to assess your suitability. A free consultation is not a commitment to proceed with treatment — you are under no obligation to book following a consultation.
We may decline to provide a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not appropriate or safe for you.
Treatments are booked following a consultation. We will confirm your appointment date, time, and treatment in writing (by email, WhatsApp, or SMS). We do not currently require a deposit to secure your booking.
If you are booking laser hair removal, a patch test is required before your first full treatment session. We will not proceed with a full laser treatment without a completed patch test.
Some treatments require a health and suitability assessment before we can proceed. We may ask about medical conditions and history, current medications, previous cosmetic treatments, and skin type and condition.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. If you withhold information that affects your suitability for treatment and this results in an adverse outcome, myskiin cannot be held responsible for that outcome. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if our assessment indicates it is not safe to proceed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice by calling 01922 929850 or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may, at our discretion, result in a cancellation charge or affect future booking priority. Repeated missed appointments may result in us declining to accept future bookings.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your full treatment in the time available. We reserve the right to shorten or reschedule the appointment.
Prices for our treatments are available from our team at consultation. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by card, cash, and finance. Prices are subject to change — we will always confirm the price of your treatment before proceeding.
Results from cosmetic treatments vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Factors including skin type, hair type, hormonal factors, medical history, and individual biology all affect results. Any information provided by our team about likely outcomes is based on typical client experience and is not a guarantee of your individual results.
Following treatment, we will provide aftercare guidance. It is your responsibility to follow this guidance. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and could cause adverse reactions. myskiin cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know as soon as possible. See our Complaints Policy for full details.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant treatment. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
