When you complete an enquiry form, call us, message us on WhatsApp, or contact us through Facebook, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you are enquiring about, and any message you choose to send us.
Why: To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to book your free consultation.
When you attend a consultation or treatment, we collect medical history relevant to treatment suitability, medications and contraindications, skin type and skin condition notes, and treatment records.
Why: To assess your suitability for treatment and to deliver a safe and appropriate service. This is health data — a special category under UK GDPR — and we handle it with enhanced care and security.
Where you consent separately, we may photograph treatment areas before and after treatment. This is biometric/health data under UK GDPR.
Why: For clinical records and, where you give separate consent, for website and marketing materials. Clinical photography consent and marketing photography consent are always separate — we will always ask explicitly for each use.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications, we hold your name, email address, and communication preferences.
Why: To send you information about treatments, seasonal offers, and skincare tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
