Before you book

Is the consultation really free?+

Yes — completely free, no deposit, no strings attached. The consultation is your opportunity to meet your specialist, ask questions, and understand what's possible for your skin. There's no obligation to book a treatment.

How long will my consultation take?+

Consultations typically last 20–30 minutes. This gives your specialist enough time to properly assess your skin, answer your questions, and give you a clear recommendation without feeling rushed.

What if I'm not sure which treatment I want?+

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. Select "Not sure yet" in the form above and your specialist will help you work out the best approach for your skin goals. You don't need to arrive with a decision made.

Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?+

For a general skin consultation, nothing specific is needed — just arrive with clean skin if possible. For a laser consultation that includes a patch test, avoid waxing or using hair removal cream for at least 4 weeks beforehand, and shave the relevant area 24 hours before your appointment.

Can I bring someone with me?+

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring a friend or family member to your consultation. Some people find it helpful to have someone with them — we want you to feel as comfortable as possible from the very first visit.
